Learn the secrets of really authentic Tuscan cooking and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of living in a restored nineteenth century estate overlooking the World Heritage Val d'Orcia in the heart of Tuscany on our Cooking Class tour.
Lorenza, your English-speaking host and teacher, will show you how to prepare traditional dishes, pasta sauces, salads and sweets that will impress your guests and forever remind you of your stay in this enchanting part of Tuscany.
Your morning might be spent visiting a local market, gathering ingredients, touring a nearby medieval hilltop town or just relaxing on the estate. Later in the afternoon your class begins and together with Lorenza you prepare the evening meal which is then shared with the family and other guests.
